Vintage Hand Painted Floral Lacquered Oval Shaped Brooch

This is a beautiful vintage oval shaped floral brooch. It has been hand painted and lacquered. There are a few scratches noted but not very noticeable. Otherwise, it is in good condition with a working pin/clasp. A definite throwback to a more romantic era.
